Terms and Conditions for Subscription to ISP


Subscription to The International Society of Psichology requires acceptance of the Terms and Conditions listed here.


This document lists the following topics:


1 - Statute of "International Society of Psychology", from now known by the abbreviation "ISP".

2 -  Information on the processing of data.

3 - Other conditions


In order to enroll in ISP you must read and accept the terms and conditions posted on this page.

STATUTE OF "INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY OF PSYCHOLOGY"


Art.1

Purpose of ISP

 

 

International Society of Psychology, from now Known as "ISP" is a non-profit association with scientific, cultural and welfare approach.

The main purpose of ISP is to promote national and international diffusion of psychological and neuroscientific culture in order to pursue the following objectives:

 

  • To facilitate understanding of the real potential of Psychology as a means of knowledge and intervention within everybody's reach and for the benefit of all, both those who have a psychopathological condition and those who want to improve various aspects of their existential condition (psychological, relational, emotional, occupational... aspects).

  • To spread a conception of Psychology as a tool for the prevention of pathological conditions in the social-relational, emotional and employment aspects, and for promotion of psychological well-being of the individual and the community.


  • To spread a conception of Psychology as a cultural tool for everyone to facilitate a greater awareness and understanding of themselves, others and interpersonal relationships, through appropriate means of intervention.

  • To facilitate access to Psychology and Assistance services, supporting and promoting all the initiatives and organizations (associations, companies, etc..) that work for the reduction or elimination of various barriers, such as economic factors, physical factors (difficulty or inability to reach the places where Psychology and Assistance services are provided), socio-cultural and other factors.

  • To facilitate access to Psychology services and assistance services including of linguistic minorities in the countries around the world.

  • To Promote and support cultural and scientific initiatives related to the above-stated purposes.

  • To Play activities inspired by respect for the value and dignity of human life and not.
  • To Play Publishing and research activities related to the above-stated purposes.
These objectives are pursued by ISP through the following activities and resources:

A - Delivery of Services across the national and international territory for mental health and psychological well-being with affordable rates and maintaining high quality standards.
B - Provide the services of point A, even by means of suitable tools, structures or centers which offer material support and logistical services for the provision of professional services. These structures and tools can be managed independently by ISP or by commission, by outsiders.
C -Provide the services of point A through all systems of distance communication today and in the future available, as permitted by law.
D -Provide services to support the activities carried out by professionals within the association.


Art.2


Financial Resources


The financial resources of ISP may come from the following sources: membership fees, contributions from public and private bodies and individuals, property and real estate that will come to the Association in any capacity, and any other revenue for donations, gifts, contributions, etc. ., commercial activities.


Art.3

The Members


Every individual who shares the aims and statutory principles of the Association ISP may join the Association, without distinction of race, sex or creed.

The members are divided into:

1 - Founders: they are the promoters and signatories of memorandum of association; they enjoy all the rights provided for the members listed below.

2 - Professionals Sponsor Members: they are members fully qualified to pursue a profession in the mental health, mental and physical well-being and care. They are required to pay the membership fee established by the Board of Directors. They can use the services provided by ISP to set special rates provided for members ISP as specified in the regulations specifically developed by the Board of Directors. They are entitled to vote. As professionals they can participate in initiatives aimed by ISP at spreading professional services referred to in Art. 1, in accordance with any regulations, terms and conditions specified by the Board of Directors. They are also entitled to the inclusion of his name on a list of the National Professionals kept and manteined by ISP.

3 - Non-Professionals Sponsor Members: they are members who do not want to play or who are not qualified to pursue a profession in the activities of association. They have complied with the payment of dues. They are entitled to vote. They can use the services provided by ISP with special rates for members as specified in this Statute and Regulation. They can also participate, where required and / or permitted by the regulation to all activities undertaken by the association.

4 - Professionals Supporting Members: these members are fully qualified to pursue a profession in the mental health, mental and physical well-being and care. They are required to pay the membership fee established by the Board of Directors. The latter can also establish to offer free of charge such fees for certain periods of time and under specific procedures. They have no voting rights except for several provisions of the Board of Directors. All Professionals Supporting Members are entitled to the inclusion of his name in a National List of Professionals published and edited by the ISP. Professional Members are also entitled to use the services provided by ISP to set special rates for members. As professionals working in the fields mentioned herein they may participate in initiatives aimed at spreading the ISP professional services referred to in Art. 1, in accordance with any regulations, terms and conditions specified by the Board of Directors.

5 - Non Professionals Supporting Members: they are members who do not want to play or who are not qualified to pursue a profession in the activities of association. They are required to pay the membership fee established by the Board of Directors. The latter can also establish to offer free of charge such fees for certain periods of time and under specific procedures. They have no voting rights except for several provisions of the Board of Directors. They can use the services provided by the ISP to set special rates for members as specified in the regulations developed by the Board of Directors. They can also participate, where required and / or permitted by the regulations, all activities carried out by the association.

6 - Honorary Members: they are appointed by the Board of Directors on the basis of social / cultural, or scientific merits . They have no right to vote unless otherwise provided by the Board of Directors. They can access the services provided by the association and if they are professionals can be involved in mental health and psychological well-being and may carry out their professional services within the association in accordance with any regulations established by the Board of Directors.
Even the first-degree relatives of members are entitled to use the ISP's services. All members of ISP can make free contributions to the association. Only the members of majority are entitled to vote.
Only the Board of Directors can decide on the admission of any new members. The members are bound, if the application is accepted, to the observance of the statutes, regulations and resolutions of social organisms. The Board of Directors decides on the admission of new members and it is not required to disclose the motivation to the person in case of rejection.


Rights and obligations of members:

Members have the following rights and duties:
- They participate in all activities in compliance with the rules established by the Board of Directors.
- They elect the administrative and supervisory organs of the association.

- They approve the annual budget.

- They can get a refund of expenses incurred for service provided for the association, with the express consent of the Board and on such terms and limits set out in the Rules of Procedure.

- Any member, person or entity. is entitled to one vote.
- The members undertake to observe and comply with the decisions contained in the Statute, the Regulations and the decisions of the Organs and to be in compliance with payment of membership fees . The behavior towards other members of the Association and outside must be marked to the absolute correctness, professionalism and good faith.
Membership shall be lost by resignation, death, dissolution of the Association and for exclusion.
The Board of Directors may decide by a majority of its members, to exclude a member in the following cases:
- Breach of the obligations assumed by the member;
- Member in arrears, i.e. one month delay in payment of
membership fees , with the possibility of reinstatement.
- When, in any way,
the member has caused moral or material damage to the association .
- Failure to comply with the provisions of the Articles of Association or by any regulations or decisions of the competent corporate bodies.
The loss of membership for any reason is not entitled to any refund of the amount paid to the association.

Art.4

Organs of Association


 

General Assembly - Composition and convening

 

The General Assembly is composed of all the members entitled to vote.

 

The General Assembly shall be called, in the ordinary way, by the Chairman at least once a year or, exceptionally, when he deems it necessary, or when a request is made by a majority of the Board of Directors.

 

The notice is sent to all members, with notice of at least 10 days, only at the e-mail address supplied at the time of registration to the Association. The member has a duty to communicate to ISP any changes email address, address of residence and / or professional studio in which he said to operate, and telephone numbers. ISP will not be liable for any malfunction and / or disruption of computer services of third parties used to send and receive emails.

 

 

General Assembly - Validity

 

The General Assembly is valid, in first call, when there are two-thirds of the members entitled to vote; in the second call it is valid whatever the number of members voting present.

 

The General Assembly decides by absolute majority of those present, except that this statute requires a larger majority.

 

 

General Assembly - Tasks

 

The General Assembly shall perform the following tasks:


- It elects the members of the Board of Directors.

- It approves amendments to these statutes and the dissolution of Association.

- It shall consider and approve the annual report for the management of the Association.

- It shall act on other matters that the law or this Statute grants the Assembly.

 


Board of Directors - Composition

 

 

The Board fo Directors comprises the Chairman, the Vice-Chairman and Secretary.


Board meetings are valid if the majority of its members is present, the resolutions must be passed by a majority of those present.

The members of the board of directors remain in office for three years and may be reappointed.

 

 

Board of Directors - Duties and Responsibilities

 

The Board of Directors promotes the appropriate steps to achieve the social goals.

More specifically, the Board will present the annual management to the Assembly, appoint the Chairman, appoint the Vice-Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer; it monitors compliance with the Statute of Association; it sets the rules for the functioning and internal organization of the Association; it provides the criteria for admission of new members, it accepts or rejects applications for admission of the same; it shall take disciplinary measures; it takes care of the administrative affairs; it is responsible for hiring employees; it enters into contracts and or collaborative work; it gives advisory mandates; It administers the economic resources of the association and decide the acquisition and / or sale of assets, resources and means to use, or used to achieve the statutory goals; deals with relationships with the banks; it takes care of the financial part of the Association; it concludes contracts for loans and everything else needed for the proper functioning of the Association; it will ratify or modify the measures taken by the Chiarman in case of necessity and urgency; it will determine and approve the reimbursement of expenses permitted and incurred by members to promote and organize the activities of the association and any contributions for the benefit of a lump sum to the same members; it decides on the operations and acts of extraordinary administration that does not fall within the competence of the General Assembly.

 

 

The Chairman is the legal representative of the Association before third parties and in court, free signature for all acts within in the purposes of the Association, as well as for the acts and transactions of ordinary and extraordinary management and administration, banking transactions and the execution of the resolutions of the Board of Directors. He convenes and presides over all meetings of the General Assembly and Board of Directors.

 

The Vice-Chairman replaces the President in all his duties when he is absent or unavailable or by proxy of the president himself.


The Secretary assists the Chairman or the Vice-Chairman in fulfilling their tasks and works in adherence to what they ordered. Also:

- He
takes care of the sending of notices to members of convocation and of any publications of the Association.


- He provides for keeping the register of members.

- He Organizes events in general.

 

 

Board of Directors - Notice

 

The Board of Directors shall be convened by the President whenever he deems it useful. The Board of Directors may also be convened on the initiative of at least 1 / 3 of the directors.

The notice must be issued to all members at least five days before the date fixed, or two days before in cases of urgency.

It is possible that the Board of Directors meetings may be held by conference call or videoconference, on condition that all participants can be identified and that they can follow the discussion and participate in real time on the matters addressed; if all these requirements, the Board must be considered in the location of the Chairman.


 

Procedures for the dissolution

 

The possible dissolution of the Association must be submitted to a vote of the General Assembly and report the absolute majority of the number of members entitled to vote present.

The proposal for dissolution may be made:


1. by the Board of Directors subject to approval by absolute majority of the members of the Board.

2. by the Chairman of the Association unless it is signed for at least one quarter of the members entitled to vote.


 

Disputes

 

Any dispute arising between members, or between any of them and the Association, concerning the interpretation, execution and validity of this statute shall be subject to the jurisdiction.


Transitional and Final Provisions

 

For matters not covered by this statute apply to the existing provisions of law.

PRIVACY OF PERSONAL DATA

(under Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. June 30, 2003, 196)

 

 

The Italian Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, No. 196 (Law on the protection of personal data), states that "Everyone has the right to protection of personal data concerning him" and identifies a series of principles and safeguards to ensure respect for fundamental rights and freedoms, privacy, personal identity and the right to data protection.

 

Under Article 13 of the said Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, No. 196 we will provide the following information:

 

1) Purpose of data processing


Your personal information collected on the basis of your quality of user services and activities of the ISPs are processed exclusively for the purposes provided by law or regulation, in the ordinary management and delivery of services provided.

 

2) Method of data processing


The data is processed according to the principles of fairness, legality, transparency, relevant and not excessive to the purpose of collection and subsequent treatment.

 

The data are processed exclusively by persons responsible for data processing, including through the use of automated tools that ensure their security and confidentiality.

 

3) Nature of data processing

The online services are available upon voluntary or compulsory provision of data. Where provision is made mandatory provision, the refusal to provide the requested data blocks access to the service and consequently results in the inability of parties to use the services offered online.

4) Communication and diffusion of data

The data may be disclosed to other public and private entities and can be disseminated, with the exception of data that may reveal health status, when such processing are provided by law, regulation or agreement.

5) Data Controller and Processing Manager

The Data Processor is the association called "International Society of Psychology." The data Controller is the Chairman of the association.

6) Rights of the user interested

Users, as interested in the processing data, may exercise the rights listed in art. 7 D. Decree 196/2003, follows in full:

Art. 7
Right to access personal data and other rights


1. User have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
2. The User has the right to obtain information:

a) the origin of personal data;

b) the purposes and methods of treatment;

c) the logic applied in case of treatment with the help of electronic means;

d) the identity of the owner, managers and assigned representative in accordance to Article 5, paragraph 2;

e) subjects or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.

3. User has the right to:

a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;

b) cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;

c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their content, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

4. User have the right to oppose, in whole or in part:

a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes;

b) the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market surveys or commercial communication.

OTHER CONDITIONS


Currently, payments can only be made online by credit card (and Postepay). For these payments, ISP uses the services of PayPal, both for direct payments and for those with accounts. The cost of such service is fully borne by ISP.
All transactions are done on a secure server (SSL) with data encryption up to 256 bits.
It 's possible to pay with all common credit cards and with Postepay.
The business activities within the association can only be carried out by the Professional Members selected through the procedures established by the ISP and enter in appropriate organizational structures aimed exclusively to the provision of such services.



For no reason the ISP shall be liable for any malfunction or any other type of problem employees by Paypal. About the conditions for using the payment service Paypal, the Subscriber has the full responsibility of finding all the necessary information at the official website of Paypal, to the following address: www.paypal.it.

By clicking the "Agree" I have read and understood what is specified in this document (Terms and Conditions) and to consent to the processing of personal data in compliance with current laws. Moreover, in case of registration as a Professional member (Junior, Senior or Sponsor) agree to publication of personal data on the website www.isp.org for service creation / publication of my personal profile and inclusion in the list of professionals of ISP.
